Winding-up order for Billingham.
Northern League side Billingham Town could be wound up after Hartlepool United issued a writ against the club for unpaid debts.Documents demanding payment of a unconfirmed sum were found taped to the front gates of Billingham's Bedford Terrace ground on Thursday.
Hartlepool's reserves currently play their fixtures at the venue, with the League One side tending to its upkeep.
Billingham have been ordered to appear in court on Thursday, 18 May.
