Midfielder Humphreys took a kick to his Achilles during Tuesday night's 1-1 draw at home to Gillingham but he has since trained with no problems and should travel.
Forward James Brown remains Pools' only absentee, but he is making steady progress in his recovery from knee ligament damage.
Neil Austin, who grabbed a late equaliser against the Gills with his first goal for the club, has stressed the importance of keeping it tight at the back at Carrow Road.
He told the Hartlepool Mail: "I think it's just minor things and little mistakes we need to cut out. We started the season well away from home with plenty of clean sheets.
"It's important we start getting some more."
