Hartlepool are waiting on Uruguayan midfielder Fabian Yantorno, who is still struggling with a back injury.Defender Neil Austin is out with an ankle injury, while midfielder Ritchie Humphreys is not yet match-fit after knee and Achilles problems.

Wigan could give a debut to former Burnley defender Steven Caldwell.

The Scotland international, who was a free agent after leaving Turf Moor in the summer, completed a one-year deal on Monday.
